About Villa Amfitea
Villa Amfitea is a small boutique apartment property in the heart of Ohrid Old Town, located directly beside the Ancient Theatre of Ohrid.
With only four apartments, the property offers a more personal and relaxed stay, combining modern comfort with carefully selected antique details inspired by the history and character of the Old Town.
Each apartment has its own layout and experience, from views over the Ancient Theatre and Lake Ohrid to a large private rooftop terrace. All apartments include comfortable living and sleeping areas, private bathrooms, kitchenettes, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and individually adjustable climate control.
Stay Beside the Ancient Theatre
Only a narrow Old Town street separates Villa Amfitea from the Ancient Theatre of Ohrid.
From our front-facing apartments, guests can enjoy views toward the theatre, while the One-Bedroom Apartment with Lake View offers an exceptionally close view of the stage from its private balcony, together with a beautiful view over Lake Ohrid.
When performances take place at the Ancient Theatre, guests staying in this apartment can enjoy them directly from their balcony.
Villa Amfitea is also within easy walking distance of many of Ohrid Old Town’s most important churches, historic sites, lakefront areas and beaches.
